I was watching Biden’s speech about the COVID vaccination progress. The video is like watching an animatron in ‘action’.
But, what I finally noticed was the periodic interruptions in the video – an interruption, with lines of color in the middle of the screen – that came up in the middle of the speech.
Are they just THAT bad at video? Or, are the many accusations that the videos are heavily doctored to produce something not showing Biden’s mental deterioration actually true?
I know I’m leaning towards the latter.

I have watched 7 minutes of this and have not noticed any of the interruptions or lines of color you mentioned. If you have the time, and I don’t blame you if you don’t, it would help to give some time stamps where these occurred. That would be an education to those of us out here who are not very sensitive to such things.
I watched this video this morning, and it was full of the screen noise/green interrutions. Now it’s gone. Someone went in and cleaned it up is my guess.
To me it still looks like it is faked. The lines between Biden and the background is too hard a line. Also the podium and mics look like they are fake.
At 5:02 he refers to Harris as the “president”. I tried to insert this as a reply to my own comment yesterday but the site would not let me do so.
