Stephen “the rifleman” Flemmi and whitey bulger were allegedly part of the execution hit on Roger Wheeler a prominent businessman in Tulsa Oklahoma in the early 70’s.
Roger was executed in his car parked at Southern Hills Country Club. Double tap to the head. The killer entered through the back gate which is locked still to this day.
The story was Wheeler owned some Hai Lai clubs in Florida they wanted to buy. Wheeler said no, they made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. Never solved the crime.
The two fbi guys covering for bulger were finally implicated. One died in prison during or before he came to trial. the other may have already been dead.
Who was the head of the boston fbi office, you guessed it POS mueller.
Such integrity. But of course, more recently is Crossfire Hurricane.
Or General Flynn.

The FBI is corrupt and has been ever since it was modeled and molded by the vindictive cross dressing bastard J. Edgar Hoover. A more corrupt politician would be difficult to find.
