Mitch McConnell confirmed that he’s a deep-state shitbag.
Pete Hegseth will have enough votes to become Secretary of Defense, which is a tremendous victory for Donald Trump. The vote was 50-50, and Vice President JD Vance is expected to break the tie.
Being a military man, this is huge for me. For decades, the military has rolled along with various generals and defense industry CEOs at it’s helm. Under Bath-house Barry Obumblefuck the jug-eared communist, many of those generals were fired and replaced with fellow communists. From 2008 to now, the flag officer corps has been filled with woke Marxists such as Mark Milley.
The results speak for themselves. Utter failure in every theater, a complete and total lack of accountability from the top, the injection of woke Marxist politics into what should be an apolitical organization, And since the vast majority of people willing to volunteer for the military are NOT woke Marxists, that has led to a recruiting disaster. The US Army is down over 15,000 troops because they cannot recruit enough people. That’s an entire division just gone. Missing. Never showed up for duty because people rightly saw that the military was crewed by the worst sort of shitbags, and told their children and their friend’s children to pass on the recruiting office. Hell, the kids themselves, after Drooling Joe fled Afghanistan and left our allies and our countrymen behind for the Taliban to toy with? Our neighbor’s kid, a strapping young man of good morals and even better brains, who the military should be drooling over and attempting to get into a service academy by any means necessary, told my mom that he wasn’t going to be a fall guy or cannon fodder for the US Government. Hard pass. Not going.
Mark Milley was a symptom of the disease that infects our military: The woke ideology, the Marxist indoctrination of the flag officer corps, and the promotion of people who care more about their seven-figure gig after they retire than they care about the troops or their mission. Does anyone thing that Lloyd Austin gave a fuck about the troops? Or that Mark Milley cared whether or not we were successful in Afghanistan? No, they did not. They were political animals, and they did their master’s bidding no matter how much it hurt our country or our military. The military isn’t just a job, it’s a calling and it’s a CULTURE. It’s a profession. But that culture is rotten and sick after what Drooling Joe and the Clueless Commies have done over the past four years.
Enter Pete Hegseth. I truly hope that he holds people accountable. I want blood. I want the weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth from the woke communist flag officers who are driving our military into the ground. I want people fired. I want people like Austin and Milley confined to the Fort Leavenworth Disciplinary Barracks, reduced in rank to E-1 with forfeiture of all pay and benefits, for the rest of their natural lives.
I know that I likely will not get what I want. So I’ll have to be content with watching these corrupt communists and various other politicians in uniform go scurrying out of the Pentagon like the disease-ridden plague rats that they are when SecDef Hegseth fires them or just eliminates their position. I want to see the mentally-ill men dressed as women crying on national TV, their mascara running down their stubbly faces and around their Adam’s Apples. Make sure they’re all wearing garishly red lipstick, just to drive the point home for all the normal people watching on TV: The freaks are done running the show, and the professionals are back in charge.
I know that it’s going to take some time to reverse the damage, but at least we have someone at the wheel who’s doing the course corrections that are needed. I look forward to seeing generals openly weeping on TV as they’re led out of their offices with their belongings in a box.

One of Hegseth’s more astute observations was that at the end of WW2, we had a total of 4 – count ’em, FOUR – 4-star Army Generals (Marshall, MacArthur, Eisenhower and Stilwell, and although Hap Arnold was still technically Army, he was CG over the Army Air Corps, not the ground-pounders, and was later to become the USAF’s first 4-star), and we now have 41 O-10s (Army with 11, Marines have three, the Navy has nine, the Air Force tops the list with 14, including three more in the Space Force, and one more in the Coast Guard).
Time for someone to take a weed whacker at the undergrowth and over-promotion. “General, we appreciate your service, here’s a nice mug and a plaque. By the way, your security clearance has been removed, and the locks to your office door have already been changed. These nice young men will escort you to your personal car, since you are no longer eligible for a military driver and aide, and your health care is now under VA jurisdiction.” Get Fox News to cover the first one, and watch the heads explode.

I would have no problem reducing the number of flag officers to damn near zero. Or the three and four star numbers. I understand the need to have senior leadership at various levels, but there’s no need to have all those stars swinging their dicks around. Also, having sat in to various conference calls during my last tour, I have zero faith that the three and four star generals have the success of the mission or the welfare of the troops in mind. The ones who DID care about the mission and the troops have been filed out the door one by one, leaving behind a rotten corrupt DEI edifice who’s entire mission is to gather power and perpetuate itself.
They’re not here to win our wars. So they can go, and I think their so called “leadership” proves that we don’t need their positions in the first place.
