That penetrating question has raised its head again:
Inquiring minds want to know why @SenatorDurbin has blocked release of the Epstein client list for years.
What could possibly be the reason? 🤔 https://t.co/pVDkImsdN2

What conceivable interest could a United States Senator have in suppressing information about the perpetrators of a hideous crime?
- Is he one of the criminals?
- Is he related to, or very friendly with, one of the criminals?
- Is he in the pay, or under the coercive control, of one of the criminals?
- Would the disclosure of the information reveal other information damaging to him?
The answers might not be known for some time. Yet it is difficult to imagine that an honest, law-respecting person would obstruct the disclosure. We all condemn pedophilia, don’t we? Not to mention involuntary servitude. Who would stand in the way of learning who has perpetrated such foulnesses?
Elections have very limited effect in a scheme in which seniority determines the relative clout of legislators. It’s a powerful argument for term limits, whether of the conventionally conceived kind or the Vince Flynn variety.
We’ll have one or the other sooner or later.

I’ll like to go with pick number 1.
