Systems Of Control

     Control is an ominous-sounding word, especially when applied to people. Do you want to be controlled? I don’t. Do you want to control others? If so, stay far away from me.

     We look upon aspirants to public office with a certain wariness because of their obvious desire for power over us: the power to control some – or all – of what we can do. But they are the visible tip of an immense iceberg of power-wielders: they who have come to be known, collectively, as the Deep State. Those unelected power-wielders have far more power de facto than the politicians who ask for our votes and support. In large measure, it comes from their anonymity, and they know it.

     One of the really nasty things about the desire for power over others is that it has no stopping point. No amount of power short of absolute, unshared, and unbounded power will satisfy. So just like ambitious politicians, the power-wielders of the Deep State constantly scheme to acquire more.

     When a crusader arises and throws off the covers that shield the Deep State’s identities and operations from public view, the panic is immense. To be revealed is to become a target. Worse, the systems of control by which they exercise power over us are targeted as well. No further explanation is needed for the hysteria among Deep Staters and their allies.

     Sundance at The Last Refuge has produced an important piece on those systems of control. The COVID-19 “pandemic” was a test bed for the most invasive system of control yet to be tested on us:

     “It is crucially important to understand that COVID was a globally coordinated response based on legal frameworks intended for biodefense/biowarfare situations. The attack that initiated the global COVID response could have been real, perceived, or invented—regardless of the trigger, the lockdown-until-vaccine paradigm originated in the military/intelligence biodefense playbook, not in any scientifically based or epidemiologically established public health plan. [ref]
     This means that nothing about the response—masking, distancing, lockdowns, vaccines—was part of a public health plan to respond to a disease outbreak. Rather, every aspect of the response was intended to induce public panic in order to gain compliance with biodefense operations, culminating with the injection of unregulated mRNA products, which were legally treated as biodefense military countermeasures (MCMs), into billions of human beings.”

     “Biodefense operations” is a polysyllabic mouthful that denotes a particular system of control. The rationale for that system is the possibility that a major biological threat may prove to be a weapon wielded by an enemy. The COVID-19 test of that system was largely successful: two-thirds of American citizens submitted to a degree of control more extensive and more intimate than ever before in the history of the United States. The planners have probably mused over why they failed to corral the resistant third ever since then.

     That two-thirds of our fellow citizens submitted doesn’t seem like good news. From a static standpoint, it isn’t. However, a dynamic view, which takes into account the consequences of the operation, is considerably more cheerful. In the aftermath of the COVID panic, an unprecedented number of Americans shed their ability to trust in governments. Such a mental liberation is a necessary precondition to political liberation – which is going on as we speak.

     Sundance continues:

     The Western global intelligence apparatus, driven primarily by the USA intelligence community, is moving on from public influence operations that required widespread convincing and propaganda. I fear a “new system of control” will be technologically driven and triggered by newly created technological mechanisms.

     The new technologically driven system of control is no longer dependent on human willingness. Technology controlled by government, with the assist of AI and partnered with private sector, will control the options and the outcomes.

     If Sundance is correct, that is definitely not good news.

     Of course, if we can envision a developing threat with a sufficient degree of specificity, we can also work on a countermeasure for it. Some of the brightest people alive today are already striving to do so. In particular, if technology is the key to the new system of control, there’s no such thing as a technology that can only be wielded for evil. All such things are value-neutral.

     Vigilance and effort will be required. It’s possible that aptitudes and skill sets that are currently being overlooked will prove vital to the resistance. Don’t deem yourself a bystander just yet.
