Apparently It’s Not Just Me

If you remember this bit of bile — I certainly do – it seems others are being victimized as well:

Earlier today, US Army combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient Joe Biggs was suspended by X.
Mr. Biggs served several years in federal prison after being convicted on charges relating to January 6th, with President Trump securing his release with a presidential commutation a few months ago.
     […]
While Biggs is known for his combative style on social media, during protests, and on broadcast interviews, no actual reason or violation of X’s rules has been given to him following the suspension.

These issuances of suspension rarely cite particular offenses against X’s rules, which are nebulous to start with. I never heard specifically why I had been suspended. Despite great effort, I was unable to reach a human being at X who might enlighten me. I hope Mr. Biggs fares better than I did.

  1. I had been suspended by social media platforms so often, I left them all. I was a paid advertiser on a couple of them, and I pulled all of my advertising.

I returned to Twitter when Elon bought it, and I returned to FB under a different name and email address only because my job required it.

Good luck figuring out why.  I was banned from Facebook Marketplace for “violating community standards”, or some such BS.  the site also says something along the lines of “if you think this is in error, contact us and we’ll do a review”, of something like that.  I tried several times to make contact with them and get an answer to which “community standard” I violated, but never heard back from them.  So my daughter sells my stuff on Marketplace if I need anything sold.

  2. I was banned from facebook for sharing the NYPost article about hunter’s laptop.

I have been trying very hard to get banned from twitter, but the best I have been able to do is a muted post whenever I say tranny.
