Baltimore, Maryland, as you’re probably already aware, is majority black: about 63% black as of a year ago. Its young blacks are mostly sub-literate and unruly, which has resulted in a high crime rate and a degree of “white flight” from those environs. But whatever their reasons, a few white families remain. Their youngsters must therefore cope.
Of course that comes with certain challenges:
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — A Baltimore County student, and prospective U.S. Marine, is fighting back against his school system after he says he was suspended unlawfully.
Every Maryland classroom, by law, must have an American flag. But Parker Jensen says some of his classrooms did not. And when he tried to learn why, he was suspended from school.
[…]
Jensen recently noticed something that concerned him at his high school.
“I’m only in two classes,” said Jensen. “But both my classes do not have American flags.”
Which is a problem, because Baltimore County School Board Policy 6307 and Maryland Education Code 7-105 require the American flag be displayed in each classroom. If Towson High School has classrooms without a flag, that’s a violation of state law and board policy.
As educational standards go, that’s pretty basic. But it wasn’t observed. Two classrooms – the ones in which Jensen’s two classes were held – had no U.S. flags. By the way, here’s Parker Jensen:

Jensen, on March 28, withdrew from his class that day and went to the Baltimore County Board of Education building asking to speak with someone about the missing flags. Jensen recorded his attempt.
[…]
In the video, Jensen can be seen walking into the administrative building and pressing the welcome button. “I’m looking to speak with a supervisor of some sorts that regulates Baltimore County Public Schools,” he told the receptionist.
Jensen waited in the reception area for nearly an hour – while recording.
“I have a right to be here and recording,” Jensen states in the video, while showing a lobby surveillance camera. “They are recording us, at all times.”
But an administrator never came out to speak with him. Instead, in the video five cop cars responded to the administrative building to confront Jensen.
Well, what else should he have expected? He’s white!
“Three cop cars for a kid? Five cop cars?” Jensen says in his video. He then turns to one of the officers. “You don’t think that’s a waste of resources, sir?” The officer shakes his head, indicating no.
BCPS called the police on one of their own students for trespassing.
Can’t have uppity white boys questioning the authorities about why they’re violating the law, now can we? Might give the honkies ideas!
BCPS declined an interview with Fox45 News saying it can’t discuss, “specific student records or disciplinary action.” But the school system did state in an email regarding Towson High School, “As of April 1, flags have been installed in the classrooms that did not have them.”
“It’s important for me to have kids be able to express their patriotism,” said Jensen.
Jensen’s efforts got results. Though, he won’t be in school for a while to see it for himself. On March 28, while standing outside the administrative building, BCPS immediately suspended this Marine hopeful for a week.
In the video recording, Richard Muth the Emergency Manager from the Department of School Safety tells Jensen, “You are suspended from the school.”
Suspended for “Disruptive behavior”, “Refusing to cooperate with school rules” and “Failure to follow a direction.”
No specifics were given about the “disruptive behavior,” the “school rules,” or the “direction.”
Do you think any of the above would have happened to a black high school senior who did as Parker Jensen did? Me neither. But a white kid? Put him in his place! Slap him down hard enough that he won’t dare question his betters again. That’s what blacks given authority will do, nine times out of ten.
Jensen is suing. I hope he bankrupts the Baltimore schools.

Go wy boy, go wy boy, go!
Objection, Your Honor. Presupposes that any black students taught in Baltimore would either notice or care enough to ask follow-up questions.
Which also begs the question: are there ANY majority-minority cities that have not yet been turned into a Democrat-owned and -operated dumpster fire?
They suspended him because that allows them to suspend an actually dangerous black student now without messsing up their disparate impact ratio.
The Baltimore public school system is already morally bankrupt.
Suing the Baltimore schools won’t hurt them a bit. It will just pass the cost down to the productive White taxpayers.
