Hope it passes quickly for you. While I’m sure the classic chicken soup (heavy on the garlic) will help, I’ve actually found that tomato soup with a heavy, heavy dose of Tabasco really clears the ick from the lungs. YMMV.
You DO have an oximeter, don’t you? It can be difficult to tell just how sick you are with respiratory infections. For most people, an O2 reading of mid-90s means you are unlikely to die. When you drop to the 80s, get to an urgent care or ER.
Trust me on this. As an asthmatic, I’m constantly monitoring my O2 levels and peak flow. How you feel can be widely at variance with the numbers that indicate whether you are in distress, or not.

Will add you to my mid-day prayers, and ongoing, until I know you are better.
It wasn’t me, I promise! I stayed away from everyone!
Praying for a speedy recovery

Get well soon.

Get some rest and get better. Hot tea with ginseng and honey may help.
Remember the original rule #1: Don’t get dead!
