I hope this guy’s life insurance is paid up. Imagine the kind of attention he’d get from homosexual activists were he publicly identified as the originator of this thesis. Yet it’s worth some thought – and an effort to find further evidence, whether “for” or “against.”

Interesting. There was another thread along this line, more following genetics and statistical analysis that the behavior could not be sustained if genetically encoded, as the gene, if existed, would die out naturally.

Motives have no bearing on evidence, Pas. Besides, you’ve misinterpreted the parasites / rats / cats observation. Enough now!
I could be wrong here, but it sounds like someone is postulating an intelligence to these parasites that I don’t think they have. Unless there is a sub-thought (not stated) that there is a diabolical intelligence at work here. On the nature/nurture debate, I tend to fall on both sides of the debate. I lean towards believing male homosexuality is more nature while female homosexuality is entirely nurture. But I’m not going to fall on my sword over the issue.
