…my internet started getting flakey, and I had to re-boot, and I was using a known site (with known loading characteristics) to test it out.
Okay?
Okay, I have to admit it was According to Hoyt, which – STRICTLY because I was scrolling down the page to see if it loaded correctly – led to my coming across THIS VIDEO in the comments.
Don’t watch it if you have a problem with your BP.
Sorry for the link. You will likely also waste some time watching it. But, a better example of just why we have to keep fighting, I simply couldn’t find.

Professor Irwin Corey was apparently reincarnated as a fat, black moron. Who’da thunk it?
Couldn’t watch much of it. My engineering privilege overwhelmed me.
But this is now standard discourse in our universities. It permeates the Biden administration, even at the Cabinet level. The same is true for Western Europe. It’s not tolerated in Russia or China, and because of that they are winning the cultural and economic competition. If push comes to shove, they will win any war we start. And we will start it; they won’t. Also, by any moral or intellectual standard, Russia and China deserve to win.
As usual, the issue is that it denies an objective reality. To quote Philip K. Dick, reality is that which when you stop believing in it, doesn’t go away.
The current garbage over ‘woke math’ is another case in point. People using tricks and sophistry to insist on mathematical impossibilities, or demanding that the ‘correct’ results are somehow inherently ‘racist’. The latest one was the math ‘teacher’ who showed how four squares can equal five (by combining the squares 2×2, you get a larger square).
Except that’s not math, it’s a geometric puzzle. Currently on my desk are four tape measures. They will not magically transmute into five, no matter what invocations I chant over them — ‘dialectical materialism’ or ‘equitable results’. If I issue one to a worker, I now have three.
Needless to say, this fills me with fear, because this is how you get famines, and bridges collapsing, and horrific medical errors.
Thank you for the post. I had seen this video some time ago and was thinking of looking for it last week. Funny thing, the internet.
Update on my previous comment(thanks for the post). Also, as you found the video link on Mrs. Hoyt’s website and I also happen to be currently watching, “Night Train to Lisbon”, still am, that is life with the internet. I pause movies and do other things. Sometimes it takes me a few days to get through one. I think this one interests me enough to finish tonight.
A hotbed of thoughtcrime and badthink, full of Deplorables and Bitter Clingers!
